Follow these simple steps to set up your Discord ticket system
Click the "Sign in with Discord" button to authenticate with your Discord account.
Select a server from your dashboard and click "Add Bot" to invite Void Tickets.
Click "Manage Server" and fill out the form to create your first ticket panel.
You need Administrator permissions in your Discord server to add the bot.

When enabled, closing a ticket automatically generates a formatted HTML transcript containing the entire conversation. This file is sent to your designated transcript channel for permanent record-keeping.

Configure automatic responses to common questions. The bot monitors ticket messages and responds instantly when keywords are detected.

The bot status updates every 30 seconds. Try refreshing the page or clicking the refresh button in your dashboard.
Make sure you have Administrator permissions in the Discord server. Only servers where you're an admin will appear.
Ensure the bot has permissions in the selected channel. The bot needs "Send Messages" and "Embed Links" permissions.
Check that the bot has "Manage Channels" permission and the selected category isn't full (50 channel limit).
