Why Account Linking Matters

Void Tickets uses a secure link between your website account and your Discord server. This link:

  • Ensures only authorized users can manage your server's tickets
  • Syncs ticket data between Discord and the web dashboard
  • Enables both Discord commands and web management of ticket panels
  • Protects your ticket system from unauthorized changes

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Verify You're the Server Owner

Only the server owner can run the /signin command. Check in Discord under Server Settings → Members to confirm your role.

  2. Ensure Bot Has Required Permissions

The bot needs Administrator permissions to create ticket channels and categories. Verify this in Server Settings → Integrations.

  3. Run the Command

Type /signin in any channel and enter your website email and password when prompted.

  4. Confirm Success

You should see a success message and your server will now appear on the dashboard.

Tips:

  • Use slash command autocomplete by typing / and selecting "signin" from the list
  • Discord hides your password in the command for security
  • For privacy, you can use this command in a private channel
