Getting Started with Void Tickets

Follow these simple steps to set up your Discord ticket system

Quick Start Guide

Sign in with Discord

Click the "Sign in with Discord" button to authenticate with your Discord account.

Add Bot to Server

Select a server from your dashboard and click "Add Bot" to invite Void Tickets.

Create Ticket Panel

Click "Manage Server" and fill out the form to create your first ticket panel.

Bot Installation

You need Administrator permissions in your Discord server to add the bot.

  1. Go to Dashboard: After signing in, navigate to your dashboard
  2. Find Your Server: Look for the server where you want to add tickets
  3. Click "Add Bot": This opens Discord's authorization page
  4. Select Server: Choose your server from the dropdown
  5. Authorize: Review and approve the bot permissions
  6. Complete Setup: The bot will appear in your server immediately

Panel Settings Explained:

Panel Title

The main heading of your ticket panel (e.g., "Support Tickets")

Description

Instructions shown to users (e.g., "Click below for help")

Panel Color

The accent color for your panel embed

Button Text

Text on the ticket creation button

Panel Channel

Where the ticket panel will be posted

Ticket Category

Where new ticket channels are created

Ticket Transcripts

When enabled, closing a ticket automatically generates a formatted HTML transcript containing the entire conversation. This file is sent to your designated transcript channel for permanent record-keeping.

Setup:

  1. Enable "Ticket Transcripts" when creating a panel
  2. Select or create a transcript channel
  3. Transcripts generate automatically when tickets close

Auto-Respond

Configure automatic responses to common questions. The bot monitors ticket messages and responds instantly when keywords are detected.

Setup:

  1. Enable "Auto-Respond" when creating a panel
  2. Add keyword triggers (e.g., "hours", "refund")
  3. Set custom responses for each keyword

Troubleshooting

Bot shows as offline

The bot status updates every 30 seconds. Try refreshing the page or clicking the refresh button in your dashboard.

Can't see my servers

Make sure you have Administrator permissions in the Discord server. Only servers where you're an admin will appear.

Panel won't create

Ensure the bot has permissions in the selected channel. The bot needs "Send Messages" and "Embed Links" permissions.

Tickets won't open

Check that the bot has "Manage Channels" permission and the selected category isn't full (50 channel limit).
